Visitors of the Deutsche Historische Museum Berlin can have their interactive tourguide in different languages.
With more than 800.000 visitors per year, this museum is not only one of the most popular ones in Germany – it is also innovative: in 2017, the DHM was the first to implement the WhatsApp tourguide hello!museum as a supplement to the classic audioguide. The result was convincing: in only two months, more than 2.300 visitors used the guide although it was only available in one language.
For the exhibition “1917.Revoltion. Russian and Europe”, the service was extended: guide user can now choose between two languages and also between audio or text information.
